We want the best for your teeth. That's why we've put together some information about your visit to our practice.
We are no longer accepting any new NHS patients at the practice. We do not operate a waiting list. If you require emergency dental treatment and are not registered with a dental practice we recommend that you contact the NHS 111 service. We are unable to accept any referrals from the NHS 111 service ourselves as we do not currently have an NHS dentist at the practice.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, twice within a 2 year period will result in deregistration from the practice. Private appointments such as hygienist appointments may incur a charge for non-attendance.
We are currently accepting new private patients. We offer a payment plan as well as a 'pay as you go' option. Ask at reception or give us a call for more details.
We have no patient parking available at the practice. However, as we are centrally located in West Bridgford, the practice is in close proximity to several pay and display car parks. The closest car park to the practice is located on Gordon Road.
In order to maintain your NHS registration at the practice you must attend a dental check up atleast once every 2 years. Failure to attend an appointment during this period will result in your automatic deregistration from the practice as a NHS patient. You will have the option to rejoin the practice as a private patient.
If you are a registered patient and require an emergency appointment please call the practice when we open at 8:00am on a weekday. Our clinics have a dedicated time slot for emergency appointments each day. To give you the best chance of receiving a same day appointment please call the practice as early as possible. If the practice is closed please call NHS direct on 111.
In the event that you wish to make a complaint the best course of action is to contact the practice directly. We recommend that this is done in writing either via email or letter. The practice manager will then respond to your complaint within 10 working days.
